Hello O2 team,
Last October, I upgraded my contract to DSL L from DSL M. Now I am moving over to a new address in Muenchen from May 2021. I would like to change my address but I am not able to do it.
If I try to change the address in my O2 account, I see the following message.
The contract to O2 Home L was changed in October. I dont know why it says it is still in process.
Can you please help here?
