the charges for the additional landline contract were only 5,81 EUR in the August invoice, these have already been credited by our customer service. 

Maybe you mean the additional charges for the mobile contract?

Hello,

What I am denoting here is not the additional cost of  landline contract . My mobile and Festnet contarct cost together is 57.25 euros per month but you can notice in the Month of Aug I have been charged 88.04 Euros. So on this month I have been charged additionally 31 euros .

thank you very much, I was just able to resolve this. The 30 EUR discount on the connection fee was missing here.

Please excuse me, I didn't notice it right away. I have now requested a credit for this amount. A confirmation will follow shortly via email/text message.

Hello

I got 2 email confirmation about the end date of my contract with  (XXXXX02) . One date states that my contract ends in 16.11.2025 and the other email states contract end date is 01.12.2025 .I would like to know the exact end date of the contract (XXXXX02 )

Hello ​@Poornimak ,

Deactivation for your landline contract will be finalized on 01.12.2025. The earlier date would have been the regular deactivation date. However, since your new provider is taking over the line, the date has been postponed.
