I have had the O2 5g Homespot for a year, it is mainly working okay but would disconnect from the internet every 1-2 weeks (sometimes a few times a week), but the issue could be solved quickly by setting it back up on the app 
This is not ideal as I work from home alot, but as I cannot speak German It was a quick solution
It disconnected again a few days ago and now will not reconnect at all
-LTE/5G light does not show green
-When prompted to take a picture of the password / put the router password in manually it says it is wrong, even thought I have never changed it 
I am not sure how to fix this problem

I have seen that you have been in contact with the hotline in the meantime. 
The SIM pin was active? 
Is everything working again now?
