Notification of moving the DSL connection

I would like to report a move for my DSL contract so that I can take the connection with me, unfortunately this currently seems to be impossible. When I click on Relocation in the online portal, I get the message “Your order is still being processed. In individual cases this can take up to 48 hours. "

I don't know what I'm talking about, I haven't commissioned anything and assume that this dead ticket has been in there since the start of the contract and is now blocking further steps.

When I call the hotline, I get no further after the question “Have you already informed us of your move?”, Which I answer in the negative. Music comes on, with no indication that I'm on hold, then nothing happened for almost an hour.

Can anyone tell me how to report my move now?

we don’t have a form at this time, I’m afraid.

But if I read it correctly, the move process has already been requested, is that correct?

Hi @Pearlak ,

 

sorry to hear that it didn’t work out as intended. I could not find a reason for error in your “Mein o2”-Portal. All Tickets are closed and there is no active order blocking your contract. The only other way is the hotline or the chat, I’m afraid. Maybe lines were pretty full; would you mind trying it again in the morning?

Is there any form that needs to be filled for relocating the DSL connection and sent to the O2 office?If yes, Could you send me the link. So that I can use them.
