Not able to DSL move request

Hi ,

 

I am moving out from a city, and I want to disconnect DSL from the apartment. But I will not have a new address for connection  till next 4 months..still can I raise DSL move?. I am under O2 contract. and I am looking to raise DSL move

But I don't find working option in O2site. please help.

welcome to our community. :relaxed:

If you got  a new address please sign up for a move even if you have a connection right there. There is no need to use it  we just take a look if DSL is available . You can put the contract on hold this way. If you have a contract with a monthly period you can cancel it with a 30 days notice and get a new one if you decided to live in a new appartment. 

Did you succeed how to cope with your contract?

    It is not possible to move a DSL connection to a location without an address.

    It is not possible to move a DSL connection to a location without an address.

    I can provide new address but I don't need connection right away..after 4 months when I move to another city I want the connection..can I hold the connection till then?
