I have set up a DSL contract more than a week ago, on 17.06 and after 2 days I did receive a phone call to confirm my e-mail address, and then was told I will receive the technician confirmation in 2-3 days via e-mail. However, it’s been a week and still no e-mail. What does this mean and what can I do about it?
I don’t speak any German so can’t really contact the phone line. Is there a way I can check online?
