No shipment confirmation after order

Dear O2 Support,

I have ordered a Homespot sim with 100 Mbps package 3 days ago, And i have not received the shipment confirmation yet. Can someone assist me?

I can send the order id in private message if that would help.

Hello @ahg, welcome to our o2 community and thank you for the feedback :-)

If you just ordered a SIM card it will be send via mail and you will not recieve a separate shipping info. This is only send out if packages will be sent to you, like for example a mobile phone.
