no security code in the email

Hi,

The last month I tried to login from the web (not from the app) but the security code never arrives in my email . I tried different email provider (I change my email from the app , the verification code came normally ) but still no security code…

There was a downtime yesterday. Email delivery was affected. My emails also arrived late.

You can also have the code sent to you via SMS!

I have only dsl not mobile contract so no option for this . But the came all the emails after some hours … I don’t what happen but thanks .

Yes, as Bumer wrote we had maintenace work during last weekend, this would be the explanation for the late e-mails.

Now it should work normally again.
