No ipv6 connectivity

Hello, a little while ago I asked someone in the service chat to please give me a fixed public ip (v4), address on my DSL line, and they said they will set it up, however this hasnt happened yet, and since then, my previously working ipv6 connection has also stopped working - my fritzbox no longer obtains any globally routable ipv6 addresses. SInce then I set up a dynamic DNS service on my home server which resolves the ipv4 issue somewhat but the ipv6 issue is still present. How can I get in contact with someone at o2 who can give me my ipv6 connectivity back?

Thanks!

Contact the service chat again?

Please note that no fixed IPv4 address is offered for o2 Home tariffs. IP addresses are always assigned dynamically.

If it concerns a business customer tariff:
Dual stack is not possible with a fixed IPv4 address.

Hello @cstrickjacke,
i'm sorry that after the change made by customer service, not everything is working as desired. What is the current situation? Have you contacted the chat again and were they able to help you? Please let us know if we can still assist you.
Kind regards, Bianca

Hey unfortunately I havent been able to contact anyone, I work full time and humans in the chat or call centre are always offline by the time I am able to send a message. Is email support possible?

@cstrickjacke That's unfortunate, I understand. You can reach our English-speaking hotline Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 089 6666 300 81. We do not offer contact via email, but you can also write to us using the contact form. However, we are always very busy there as well, and it will take a few days for you to receive a response. How would you like to proceed?
