I am frustrated by O2 and the “quality” (if this is the proper noun). I have been without any internet connection between Monday to Friday (08:30 to 16:30) - Hamburg, 22589 for three weeks now. First of all, I can`t connect to anyone from their customer service, and even I succeed, a great surprise - they speak no English (but my money speaks German, and they take it every month from my bank account). I also visited an O2 store in Balnkenese, Hamburg - twice. The first time was two days after I didn`t have a proper connection during the day, and the storeman explained to me that O2 does maintenance in the nearest mobile cell, which will take one week. I accepted it (do I have any other choice), even though I couldn`t do home office, as my employer asked us. On the second visit - the second week, I had no proper internet connection. I went to the store, whether another store man explained to me that he couldn`t do anything, the maintenance might take 2-3-4 or more weeks, and that was the breaking point, I asked for contract termination. And I got a reply - you haven`t signed the contract with us (I wonder why they are branded O2 then). You should send your complaint by post to the central Kundenservice in Nurnberg. So this is my experience with O2 - extremely disappointed - without internet during the day, with no information when it will be recovered, with no access to good customer service and charged every month 30+ EUR for almost nothing.

Thanks for the info. Actually I was expecting O2 to communicate properly such a massive outage. It generated so much stress and troubles for me, I can't say they can compensate me for that, neither they can change my opinion for their poor service. Honestly if I can get rid off their contract - I will do it in a second. If they cared so much for their customers as they care for their lovely advertisements in the social medias, they would be top.
