Hy, from yesterday my internet is not working. Can you please help me? I’ve tried with O2service app, i.ve tried to talk with somebody from O2 in english no result. I’m not sure what is the problem but on my router work only the power light, and when i log in to my fritzbox in the connections section the Internet is “not connected”, in Interfaces section 

Cable connecting

Wi-fi Off, Wi fi Network (2.4/5 Ghz) Fritz!Box 6660 Cable YL

DECT off

Usb no device connected  

 

 

ONLINE MONITOR 

CABLE     connecting 

INTERNET IPv4 and IPv6 NOT CONNECTED

Wi-fi Off

You have turned off the Wi-Fi function. If you want to use Wi-Fi, you need to turn on the Wi-Fi function. The "WLAN" indicator light then lights up again.

I’ve tried today, i’ve speaked with a woman in english until i have her my personal info, then she connect me to another women( from tehnical support i guess) who only speak german. What i need to do? I don’t speak german so i can’t explain her what is my problem.

I also have a same problem. I have O2 - 1000MBPS plan, I spoke to the English customer care and he asked me to wait on call for a technical service person to talk and I waited but the customer support person said there is no technicalservice person available now. Though the customer service person understood my situation, he quickly activated 200GB data but I don't know when will this problem gets solved.
