No internet connection since yesterday

Hello, since yesterday my router hasn't been able to connect to internet and before that the connection was inconsistent through out the day. Today I already sent a ticket through the my service o2 app but still haven't gotten any response. I live in Reutlingen, post code 72768. At this point I don't if the problem is the router itself or the landline connection.

It’s a shame your DSL connection isn’t working :( Which lights on your router are on, flashing or off?
