No internet connection after the contract transfer

Hi, my landlord just transferred his O2 DSL contract to me and today is the activation day. The welcome letter says it would take up to a working day to setup. But I still cannot connect to to internet (5:38 pm). I have tried the service app, as well as the hotline, but no avail. Is there any suggestion what I should do now? Thanks!

My systems tells me you are online since 7:18 pm \o/ 

Could you be so kind and tell us what you exactly did to achieve that? 

So maybe the next customer, who is checking our community after

contract transfer and is experiencing some kind of trouble, finds your answer and gets the perfect solution.
