I have no internet connection at home from some time now. I have called technical services, but unfortunately I do not speak German so I am not able to explain or follow the instructions

That you don’t have a working internet connection is most unfortunate. Is the connection via landline, coax, fiber or are you using a LTE solution from us and which router are you currently using? If you could give us more information, we might be able to help you. That aside, in case that you do need to call the technical department again, do you know someone that could maybe translate for you in that case.
