no internet conect

I signed up for cable internet with O2 about a month ago and had an installation appointment scheduled for October 24.No technician showed up on the appointed day and time and I received an email with instructions on how to connect the modem (FRITZ!Box 6660). Even though I followed the instructions I still had no connection and called customer service who opened a ticket for me. I was then given an appointment with a technician who never showed up. It has now been 3 months without internet.

That is unfortunate, that you have no internet since three months.

I could take a look, the ticket was closed as there was no reply from you which the colleagues asked by SMS to your contact number given. 

It is reported, that there was a major disruption and the colleagues still needed your feedback.

You can contact them via our hotline 0800/5251378 to have the disruption resolved.

I have checked the number for our landline disruption hotline, it is the 0800 525 1378. You can also try to be forwarded when calling our general hotline 0 89 78 79 79 400.

Also you can use our Service App download it here and forward a disruption report there.
