Hi o2,
My o2 connection was activated on 6.10. I received the mail in the morning. However, the router I rent from o2 came in the afternoon. I pluged in everything but the internet did not work and the Power/Cable light continually flashes. I have both 2 port and 3 port sockets. I plugged cable to TV socket over an adapter on both sockets but it did not work. The 3rd port on 3 port socket seems not to be Data port because I couldn’t plug in the cable. I have tried using the o2 my service app, but nothing has fixed the issue. I don’t have a TV so I can’t test the TV port.
Hopefully I can get some assistance here?
