Hallo,

My internet stopped working from this morning. I power cycled the DSL modem but still there is no DSL link and no telephone line. Please check and send technician.

Please use the o2 DSL Hilfe App. The apps supports English. If the app advises you to call the hotline (08005251378),  please do so and give the number generated by the app.

The DSL link came back on its own before evening so I did not check the app.  As of now it is working.
