Dear o2 Team, 

 

I ordered a subscription to Home M more than two weeks ago. I have not received a sim card nor router. I also did not receive any news of shipment. My order number does not function either. I am afraid either my order got lost or delivery failed. Could you please be of assistance? I am unable to call and do not know how to contact your costumer service otherwise. Thank you.

Did you get any confirmation for the order at all? Have you tried contacting the normal customer services already in the meantime?
