I ordered a subscription to Home M more than two weeks ago. I have not received a sim card nor router. I also did not receive any news of shipment. My order number does not function either. I am afraid either my order got lost or delivery failed. Could you please be of assistance? I am unable to call and do not know how to contact your costumer service otherwise. Thank you.
