I am sorry to hear that you DSL connection is not working as it should. I assume you recieved this o2 Homebox from us together with the DSL contract? If you bought this as a used device from someone over the internet it will most probably not work.
As a first step for troubleshooting I recommend to have a look at our o2 my Service App for your smartphone. If the app does not help and the connection still does not work as it should please follow the suggestion of
