Can you please activate my ID. When I call anyone they see no caller ID.

In order to activate your caller ID when you call somebody else, I still need some details from you. Therefore, you just have received a private message via @o2_Support from me. Please be so kind to reply there to my request. 

 

Afterwards, I will activate your caller ID.

As you told me that you would like to activate the Caller ID for your landline-number, please follow the following instructions: 

  • Please go to www.o2online.de
  • Then go to “Mein o2”and log-in
  • then go to: Tarif & Optionen / Vertrag verwalten / Festnetzeinstellungen
  • at “Festnetzeinstellungen” click the button “Weiter”
  • you will then come to the point “Temporäre Rufnummernunterdrückung”: please click on the word “hier”
  • you will then come to the point “Rufnummernübermittlung”: there you click on the point “Rufnummernübermittlung aktivieren” (activate Caller-ID)

I hope that you manage to activate the Caller-ID with this instruction.
