No cable internet connection (I am in Frankfurt)

Hiya, I am in Frankfurt (Preungesheim) to be precise and my cable internet is not working. My assumption is that it is due to the wider reported issue of the outage in the area.

Do I need to do anything, report my outage etc? I have used the o2 service app and it created a case number. But should I action something else.

That is not so nice when your cable connection failed.

I you have a case number, after creating an incident via our Service App, than this will be worked upon by our technical department and you will get notified about changes.
