Good afternoon.
I am the owner of a Prepaid o2 mobile account and, more recently, the owner of o2 my Home.
The Main o2 app is connected to your mobile Internet account.
I received two letters with my home phone number and a four-digit code. However, I cannot log into the account associated with my home Internet. My home number doesn't seem to work as login name. At the same time, I received a letter with an invoice for the first month (the amount also differs slightly from what is written in the contract). I can't see my account detailes and so on.
How can I link my mobile and home accounts and receive an invoice?

Hello @GLTar,

Prepaid and landline accounts cannot be linked. Register the landline number from your internet contract, then you can also view your bill. The first invoice is usually prorated to the invoice month and therefore different.
