New DSL Is not working.

Hello,

Technition Visit date .13.1.2020

Activation  status message; 15.1.2020.

But Then i plugged my modem with o2 guideness its still not working Dsl light some time blinging and sometime disappered. Info light is not working as well.

I complaind on O2 Hotline. I got appointment with technician 18.1.2020. Techinician visit at my place but unfortunatliy my door bell was not working i even didnot know about this that my door bell is not working. but techinican should call on my  Handy before come to my house . 4 hours i waited for technician. Technician vist me ring on my door bell but it was not working he didnot call on my cell phone and went back.

I need to make new appointment with technician and i know problem with my new modem or Dsl cable.

I have HomeBox 2 Dsl Model

I am looking for your help

Hello @Hasni and welcome to our o2 community :-)

I am sorry to read that your DSL connection is not working as intended. If a new apointment with a technician is needed please call our DSL hotline to arrange a new date. In case you do not speak any german I recommend to call with a friend of yours who does since we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking agent.

Please also make sure that the doorbell is working so the teachnician can reach you.
