Hi all. 

I cancel my old contract for 50mb and it will be expired 3.05.24. I tried book online new contract for 250mb and everything went good, but then I got email that is rejected because another connection is open on this address. I have to wait until old contract will stop ? Also I called and 3 people try to book it for me and also rejected. Is this not possible to book new contract when old is existing ??

Oh no, not possible anymore. Cancellation is in process already


This can still be stopped, there is still time. As I said, I'm waiting for an o2 employee.

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

Since the day of the cancellation is still a month away, there shouldn’t be any issue with withdrawing from it and afterwards extending the contract. Of course that’s something you’ll have to decide yourself.
