now i am getting 189 Mbit.i am on Lan 1Gigabit.

With 350m the lane is to long for 250MBit.

And if you checked the speed with Network Kabel than you get a 175MBit for a stable connection…

U have to use the tool from the Bundesnetzagentur to measure. 

And they have a guide how to measure.

@kayawish24 You have an open 175 Mbit profile, the router is synchronized with 200 Mbit. What you write that 220 would be possible is the line capacity and there is no syncronized profile. The last mile of almost 400 meters is just too long. There is no longer anything like the current one, you can still report as many faults as they will all be discontinued.

It will also be in the order confirmation (fallback profile) because 90% have to arrive, which is what it currently is.

ES errors occur, for example, when there is or was a thunderstorm nearby

But as I said everything is negligible as long as it is not in the top 3 digits or higher

i posted spectrum screenshot on top.is my phone line stable ? telephone cable is quite old by the way.

can ASSIA give me 250 port after 3 weeks ?

@kayawish24 It is physically impossible for a 250 Mbit to work with a line length of over 350m.

You then have to look for an apartment closer to the DSLAM so that the line length is reduced. We're talking about transmission over copper lines over the last meters and not fiber optics where this works without problems.

please check the screenshots and see if my telephone line is bad or good.sometime bad telephone cable can also a problem right ? what i know is my internet is 100% stable and i dont face any disconections etc.

The Problem is the distance from your wall socket to the gray box on the street. 

Push the house to the direction of the gray box.

i have a better idea then yours invest 1000 euro and former unitymedia now vodafone will put Kable in my home 1000Mbit internet

@kayawish24 cable is a shared medium, you will never get the full speed, especially if the nodes are overloaded, it can happen that only 200 mbit arrive. you have to be aware of that

so telekom updated the conection on my address from 175Mbit to 250Mbit now.i will ask the O2 support to please change the profile on my conection. ASSIA Profile i mean.

and i also checked my neighbour hosue  conection and telekom is still showint 175Mbit for his house but mine is now showing 250Mbit.Before mine was also showing 175Mbit on telekom site.

Hello , so now suddenly the line lenght is redused to 342m which was more then 350m before and on telekom site its now showing 250Mb in my home address which was 175Mb before.
