I have a DSL internet connection at home. In the contract, it says ‘O 2 my Home M (2020)’. Its a 50 mbps internet. I want to upgrade it to 250 mbps.
I tried ordering online, but it treats as a new purchase and ask to make appointment for technician to visit and install the internet. But I already have it installed, I just need an upgrade in the package.
How can I do that?

That is right, when you look online for internet plans you are shown new contracts, when you look for mobile via your Mein o2 account you can get offers for an extension and change of tarriff.

For broadband you need to contact us.

I see that you could already reach our hotline or chat and get an offer for an extension of your internet and you will get the upgrade 🙂
