Sorry, For posting the question in English. My German language is not that good.



 



I have vacated my house and my friend has occupied my flat. I want to transfer my existing DSL + Landline connection on my friend's name.



 



Could someone let me know the procedure for transferring the account.

Note: We tried calling customer care. Since, we are not able to understand the German language, unable to proceed further.
