Dear team,

I am using My O2 Home M. 

My device LTE shows red  from the last 2 days. 

I am not able to connect to internet. If I place the SIM into my mobile I am able to connect to internet, so I am using the internet though mobile hotspot but it’s too slow.

I was trying to reach the customer care when I request them to forward to english speaking team, though I was waiting for the response minimum 45 mins no answer from them during this call internet is not working for me.

Kindly let me know how can I resolve this issue.

I regret that you have some difficulties in the moment with your o2 HomeSpot. 

Is the issue already clarified in the mean-time? If not, just have a look in our Livecheck online: 

If you enter the address, do you see any disturbances?

I hope that you have the chance to use mobile Internet soon again.
