Hello everyone,
since one year i have problems with my Fritz!Box 6660 Cable, while he constantly disconnecting my Internet connection. Was in my house one time a worker, but he didn’t found anything suspicious - for him everything was in norm.
No more help from O2 service.
Since then i use WLAN adapter on my PC - what a bad joke, that i must use 100M, but i pay for 1000M… Nevermind.
After few day also my WLAN is now constantly disconnected. I think that must be something wrong with Fritz!Box, beacuse same problem i have on my PC, laptop.
Any idea what’s going on?

Login to the configuration page of your FRITZ!box and set the wlan Channel configuration to manually.

than choose a channel with less traffic. You could also send us the cable Information screen.

Please overview, channels, statistics as a picture.

 

 


 


Actualy i use only WLAN, while with LAN connection it’s impossible to have a stable Internet for streaming and games.


You should call the hotline, if you pay for 1000MBit 0800 5251378

The error statistics looks normal, could be that the FRITZ!box has a problem.

But the 6660 is fames for her not so good WLAN.


Well i did it many times. O2 say always that they don't see any problem, and the technician worker too. I will try to change my Fritz! Box 6660 one more time... I just feel that no one cares about customers problems.

That is unfortunate when you have enduring connection problems which until now could not be solved. Could you contact our technical department already?
