Hi all,

Currently have a DSL contract in Berlin. I'm moving to Potsdam in about 3 months, and I'd like to take my DSL with me. I followed the steps on this page (https://www.o2online.de/service/erste-schritte/dsl-umzug/umzug-beauftragen/) but the link to download the form is not working.

Can someone supply me with the correct form?

I also tried initiating the process through MeinO2, but due to the current switch to VDSL, my account says that I have an "order in progress" and won't let me go any further. So, I guess filling out the form and sending it is the only thing I can do.

Big thanks,

Matthew.

Hi,

in my opinion there is no reason for download something usually you can fill online your wish to move. Have you pressd the markerd link ?

Remeber that you can only do one assignment at time, so you can either order your move or you can change to VDSL (if it possible at your present adress.

If VDSL only possible at your new adress you must move first and when the assignment is finishd at the o2 system you can change your contract to VDSL.

Hi Jogi,

The issue is that the marked link doesn't work. Click it for yourself – what do you see? I get an error page.

Hi,

for me the link works. Wich contract do you have ? There are two different systems for customers so maybe one of them have an error.

Otherwise you can call the hotline to offer your move or maybe a o2 worker here can be helpfull.

Hi again Jogi,

I have a 24 month DSL contract. Could you download the document and attach it here somehow? It would be very helpful.

Thanks a lot.

Hi,

ok, what i need is the name of the contract. It is maybe diffecult - for some contracts it is impossibel to move because of a o2 system bug.

So please write the name of your contract and wirte your landline number into the forum-profile and i will show if i can find an o2 worker who may help you oder maybe can show you some other ways.

Hello,

Please note that the system is not working. It seems that is not working for very long since other people have the same problem. Can you please send me a mobile number where I can call to fix this issue. If there is no chance I want to close my contract.

Thank you in advance.
