Moving DSL in same building

Hi, I am writing you because I have several problems in order to understand my DSL Umzug process, because according to your webpage there is no need for a technician to come here, as the move will be from one floor to the other. same building, just one floor up (from 2og to 3og)

The previous tenants of my new flat also had O2 DSL.

I already processed the information, but now I see that there is a technician coming on the 31st of December. Unfortunately, I am not going to be here. 

Also, the last time this DSL connection was made, the technician made it outside on the box in the street for both flats, because this building has an issue with the box located in our basement.

Please I beg you to help me with this one, I am getting  transferred only to German speakers, and it is very hard to explain this particular case about the connection.

The move is going to be done on December 31st 2021 and there is no technician required. We have all information about the line so we can activate your connection without you being at home.

During a technician appointment, the personal presence of the customer is not necessary; another person can also grant the technician access to the telephone socket and APL if required. 
If no one else can attend the appointment, it is recommended that you ask o2 Customer Care to reschedule the appointment for a later date.

If the technician is unable to provide the connection because no one opens the door for him, you will have to pay the costs for the technician's new visit. See price list

I did made the change of date, but it is telling me that is not possible.

I've tried by phone, email, whatsapp and even twitter.  Please I need someone to contact me.
