Manual line check request, only 100mbit is shown on O2, others show 250mbit

Hello,

I'm interested in ordering O2 DSL/VDSL for my apartment, but the online availability checker shows a maximum of 100 Mbit at my address. Other providers (1&1, Easybell, etc) show 250 Mbit available at the exact same address via their online checkers.

My apartment is located approximately 30 meters from the street cabinet (Kabelverzweiger). Could someone please perform a manual line check (Leitungsprüfung) for my address rather than relying on the automated checker? I'd appreciate confirmation of:

1. The actual attainable bitrate calculated for my specific line and if 250 Mbit is actually possible?
2. Whether Super Vectoring/VDSL2 vectoring is enabled at the cabinet serving my address
3. Whether this line is provisioned via Telekom's network or another carrier

Please note that I specifically need DSL and NOT cable net.

I can provide my full address through a private message.

Thank you very much for your help.

Best regards,
Deniz

Hello @o2_Manga ,

Unfortunately, all reasonable contact form options lead to German hotline. Could you kindly show me a way to provide my address information, maybe through a private message?

Thanks a lot in advance!

Best,
Deniz

Hello @deniz9191 ,
If our availability check does not show any other speed, this is not currently available with us.
You are also welcome to call our English-speaking helpline.

Kind regards,
