Hello @o2_Maren, The Fritzbox has been delivered to me. But I didn't receive any email confirming that the connection date has been postponed to 08.07.2024 as I requested and you informed me that I will receive a written confirmation.

@o2_Maren There is no reply from your end confirming that the connection will not be disconnected on 01.07.2024 and the new connection will be started only on 08.07.2024 as I have requested several times. I am leaving to SE Asia for business trip and I said that my wife may not be able to configure. No email arrived yet.

Your line will be switched on 11 July 2024 from 12pm to 4pm. I had requested 8 July, as this date is not available, the next available date has now been booked for you. If the date is not suitable, you can move the date, but only to a later date.
The date should also be confirmed in writing in the next few days. So don't worry, everything is going well.

I didn't receive any email confirming this connection change that is scheduled on 11.07.2024 between 12.00 noon to 04.00 p.m. 

Please look for it and send the email.

welcome back and I hope your business trip was successful. 
I had asked for confirmation of the appointment now next Thursday 11/07/2020 from 12 to 4pm, unfortunately the ticket is still open. I will enquire there. No technician will come, the switchover will be done remotely. Please connect the router to the TAE socket.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I had a great business trip in Vietnam.

couple of weeks ago this changed date of today was mutually agreed with o2 Hotline English and thereafter you also wrote the same in this forum. Like you, the gentleman from hotline also said that I shall receive a confirmation email, which I never received. Isn't it bit unprofessional? I don't know yet even before 4 yrs from the time that the line will be changed or not. I strongly demand to do it today as you inform me earlier. Please make sure and send the confirmation email now.  I have received the router long ago.

Glad to hear your trip was a success. 
As per my request, an SMS was sent to you yesterday to confirm the appointment. Activation will take place today and everything should be up and running this evening.

The router was shipped on 21/06/2024 and according to DHL tracking was delivered on Saturday 22/06/2024. If you didn't receive it yourself, perhaps someone in your family did?
