Ï resigned my home internet contract online on 03.03.2026.

I noted today on 13/06/2026 that on my bank account the monthly payement is still on going.

I received a letter of confirmation by email of my resignation on 03.03.2026.

I would like a refund of the undue amount, what should I do know?

You didn't receive a confirmation on the same day, but rather an automated acknowledgment of receipt. Your cancellation likely wasn't processed due to incorrect details?

yes exactly. but it is not fair, I have only 1 contract with O2 and only 1 at this adress. So Just did it again now. Any chance to get refund?

In March your number given in the cancellation form could not allocated to your contract, so the cancellation could not  be set and you were informed by letter about this.

Now I see that the cancellation is set and you will be receive a confirmation by e-Mail in about 2 weeks.
