@S42 what Router model you use and what tariff you have?
@S42 than you have problems, what is the status from the DSL led. Flash or constant on?

I understand that you are disappointed that the DSL connection is not working as it should.
There are some steps that you can try yourself at home like for example remove the router from power for a few minutes or setting it back to factory defaults (please have your DSL PIN for reinstallig the router). Please also make sure that all cables are plugged firmly in the corresponding sockets and the cables are not damaged.
If this still does not help it is necessary to open a ticket with our DSL technical depatrment, as @Joe Doe already suggested.
If you do not speak any german I recommend to call with a friend of yours who does so since we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking agent. Please also use your mobile phone for this call so some tests and restarts can be performed during the call.
