Internet not working

I still need a solution as soon has quickly because the Internet should be working today

could you please describe your concerns in a little more detail? Did your contract also start today and you don´t have an internet connection yet? Or what exactly is not working?

Yes i Claim my package today From Post Office, After that i activate the SIM Card on my Phone and Return It Back to the Router machine, the Problem is the Login can't Go through and No Internet Access please Help me the time is running

I'm sorry if you had problems setting up your internet access.

Has the problem been resolved in the meantime? If not, please let us know what kind of router you have and what exactly didn't work, error messages, etc.

You can also try if our o2 My Service App is helpful for you, it can also be switched to English language.

Mein Internet funktioniert jetzt, aber auf dem Smartphone
