Internet does not work

I got a new internet connection at home through cable. But at least a couple of days a week the internet does not work. I have to switch the router on and off. Sometimes the trick works but now I still don’t have internet after 3 days. This is not acceptable as I work from home very often.

When you work from home, good internet is particularly important,I can understand that very well. :D
