 I've created a new post for your comment, as the mobile communications topic wasn't quite appropriate. I've also hidden your exact address; not everyone needs to see it.

Your landline connection is indeed experiencing a problem. This has already been reported to us by the responsible cable network operator, and they are working on fixing it.

You can also report the problem individually by calling our customer service department. You can reach them at 089/66 66 300 81 (Mon. to Fri. 7 a.m. – 8 p.m., Sat. 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.).
