Hey guys, I don’t know what’s happening but I lose my connection to the Internet like every 10 minutes??? I lose it like 20 times a day.

can you log into your FritzBox and upload the DSL line values here? There is probably a problem in the wiring of your telephone connection, such as a second telephone socket or the use of powerline adapters. This can often be seen in the FritzBox data.

These disconnects can have many different causes. Have you already checked the wiring for loose contacts and defective cables? Please do not use any extension cables or multiple sockets and only use the original cables if possible. If you are using a repeater or powerline adapters check if it is working fine without.

Please also try if a power reset helps. Therefore unplug the router for a few minutes. If the interruptions occur again, please call our technical support on 08005251378 (free of charges). As not all of our staff speak English, it might be helpful to call with someone who can translate for you.

I still have problems, today we haven’t got connection from 10h until 15h I don’t know what’s happening..
