Dear O2,

Since this Thursday (22.7.2021) I have had no internet connection. The DSL light in my homebox 6441 keeps blinking. I did the reboots trough the app and it gave me the code 200 123 699 788 to call in hotline but since I do not speak any German I decided to write here instead for English service. Hoping to someone to get me a ticket for fixing this issue soon.

The internet just come back. Lets hope it stays.

EDIT: it dropped. and came back and dropped. Seems to hold a few minutes at a time. Definitely not fixed issue yet. Iets continue observing

Edit2: seems to be stable now, but I’ll wait couple of days before I mark this as solved just in case.

 


Since I can’t edit the previous message anymore, I’ll write a new one.

The issue is not solved. The internet completely disappeared again and hasn’t come back just flashing dsl light.


@viljale Make on Monday a preticket over the app and call the English hotline.

Hi,

The internet came back on Monday morning so I didn’t have to call anyone. The internet has been fine since Monday so I’ll mark this as solved. If it goes down again, I’ll know where to call.
