I transfered to a new address and my new accommodation has already an internet connection. I would like to cancel only my home internet service under my account. What should i do? How long would it take to cancel it? And do i have to pay anything? Please help!

If you have a contract with flex in the name or a 24 month contract that runs longer than 24 month.

Login to Mein O2.

Klick on Tarif & Optionen. Klick on Vertrag verwalten (on the right side).

Scroll down to „Vertrag kündigen“ than klick on Weiter and follow the instruction.

 

If you have a „normal“ 24 Month contract, you have to pay for the contract until the 24 month are over.

In this case you should do a move of you DSL contract. If O2 can’t switch to the new flat, the contract will end by O2. If not you could use the contract at the new location. You are able to cancel than the contract now. So you can’t forget to cancel after the 24 Months.

Please! Pay the 50€ fee for moving the lane! Don’t do a new extension for 24 Months!

 

 

 

Go her to cancel the Contract

Go to Umzug to move the connection to the new location.

 


How can i know how many months left from my internet contract? And how should i pay for the remaining months of my contract if i cancel it? Is it installment or one-time payment?
