I ordered the DSL O2 L contract last month and the technician came this month. After the technician left and I got an email from O2 that the internet was activated.

I plugged the Homebox 2 6741 router into the socket and it doesn't work.

He says no internet is recognized.

I called the O2 customer center several times, they said that the internet in my place has no technical problem so it is my problem ... 

So until now I have no internet and nobody cares and I pay the installation fee and also the monthly rate. 
I reset it 50 times and restarted the router 70 times. No internet is recognized. 

I work from home and it drives me crazy without internet. 

What should I do?

I see that you contacted our DSL-department several times and that my colleagues told you that your router has a defect. 

Therefore, I suggest to you to change your router if you have not done yet. 

Of course, we offer routers for rent or you buy another router in an electronic shop. 

If you need further help for the installation, just let me know.
