Did you get a new router? Did you enter the new login details into the old router?

@ArtursMih What Technology you use? VDSL, Fiber oder coaxial cable?

And what exact router you use?

Hello @ArtursMih,

welcome to our o2 Community 🙂

That is not so nice when you moved and your internet was not working.

Could you contact our hotline about it or succeed with entering the login details?

Best Regards,

Gerrit

The FRITZ!Box 6660 is a cable router not a DSL one.

With cable in the same house you do not need a new router oder password.

What is the power/Cabel LED doing?

Have you try a factory default reset?
