Hello support team,

today a technician had to come to connect my own DSL Router. The guy didn’t come (looks like it’s typical). But in the evening I decided to investigate a bit more all connectors in my flat, I didn’t find there any phone connectors for connecting DSL though on your site it was claimed that it’s possible to install a DSL router. But I have TV connectors in all rooms and also a special place for router where I can connect it to a TV splitter. At the moment I have O2 my Home XL Flex tariff and it’s not activated so far (it seems so). Is it possible to change this tariff to Kabel one (O2 my Home L Flex, 250MBit/s)? And I would like to order also the Fritz!Box 6690 Kabel router (not to order a technician, so that I can connect this router by myself). What I need to do, cancel old contract (if it’s possible) and create a new request on your site?

My Auftragsnummer is CINAo2N17111XXXX (masked last 4 numbers). If you need more information from me I’ll provide it (requested the Tarif on the 26th of September). I need the internet connection as soon as possible. Can I change current Tarif or must I cancel it first and reorder a new Tarif?


You can close the topic, today I got a call from O2, they just canceled my old Tarif and I ordered a new one. Everything is fine so far.
