Hello,

 

i was registered with month—month o2 internet through check24. I canceled my contract through check24 on October 2nd 2023 but have not heard back from o2 yet. How do I confirm my cancellation and mail back the router?

Router can send back via https://www.o2online.de/service/retoure/

I’m not sure how good it works when you make the cancellation through check24. Generally you should cancel the contract with us, which you can easily do with the link that Vilureef has provided.
