I want to change my current O2 Home S 50 Flex to faster 100?

you are logged in here with a login connected to a Home M DSL, but you also have a Home S? Is this a Tarif via LTE or 5G with a SIM card?

Could you check your current address with our availability check if Home M 100 is available there?

And I see that you are indeed logged in with your Homespot, ​@jianpeng. 

Then I could check the availability - I first learned that at your adress our Homespot is only available in LTE, so we have an answer for one of your questions in your thread which Sächsin linked.

And via DSL the Home M 100 is available so it is possible to change your Homespot S 50 to DSL Home M 100.

Regarding your current Homespot, which router are you using?

Have you tried our Service App to analyse if the speed can be improved?
