i want to activate my home internet

I have a problem with o2, they dont find my customer number, name in their system.. I have the router delivered today morning, and I am calling them to activate my connection.. been calling then for 5hrs now.. frustrating that you loose customer data, you deletr contract and then make 2 contract .. then delete one.. idk whats wrong.. very disappointed

Can you briefly explain what happened in your case? Did you have two contracts and cancel one of them?
