I spoke to somebody earlier and I am having major issues getting through to the right person about this. I am moving out of the country on June 1st and need to cancel my wlan contract - I deliberately chose the plan I can cancel at any time, so it shouldn’t be difficult, but I was told I need to do so online and every time I log in it tells me there’s a problem and to ring the helpline.
