I spoke to somebody earlier and I am having major issues getting through to the right person about this. I am moving out of the country on June 1st and need to cancel my wlan contract - I deliberately chose the plan I can cancel at any time, so it shouldn’t be difficult, but I was told I need to do so online and every time I log in it tells me there’s a problem and to ring the helpline.

There is no such thing as a WLAN contract.

If you want to cancel an o2 DSL Flex contract, please complete the o2 DSL cancellation form, sign it and send it to o2 by letter or fax as indicated on the form. 

The notice period for o2 DSL Flex contracts is 4 weeks to the end of a calendar month. Please make sure that your cancellation reaches o2 in time. 

Please note that you will still receive at least one bill after the end of the contract, as the calculation is always retroactive.

If you have received a router from o2, please return it to o2 at the end of the contract. Use the o2 DSL returns portal for this.
