I haven't received my router

I made a contract for a new user online on 12.05.2021 (Home XL). I ordered the router offered for this tariff. I’ve received an SMS that a technician is coming today to establish my connection (09.06) but I still haven’t received the router. There are my name on the door and doorbell and all other deliveries work fine :) 

 

Can you please tell me when I’ll be receiving the router?
