i dont have my home id or fiber optic id

i can't find id the id next to that fiber box or anywhere, i even asked my landlord he also has no idea. I tried o2 englidh Customer Service i had a very bad experience he said i had to find it some how ask Telekom myself, and i did they said o2 have to ask them officially. I have no idea what to do next. Anyone have any ideas, please help me . Also i have a techian appointment coming up, he will i have the details about the fiber optic id and things right? Do i really have to bothered about finding the id i dont know

I'm very sorry to hear that you didn't have a good experience with English customer service. It's also unfortunate that you haven't received any help so far. Have you already checked the fiber optic box in your apartment? There is usually a sticker with the fiber optic ID on it.

Hello Daniela I have checked it just a plain white box nothing anywhere, what should I do next can o2 just activate it with just my address or something
